How does Blu Dream Pet Supply Co. process orders?
Blu Dream Pet Supply Co. processes orders on a first come first, serve basis. If an order is submitted before 7:30 AM EST the order will be processed same-day and will ship within 2-3 business days. If the order comes in after 7:30 AM EST the order will be processed the following business day and ship within the following 2-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. If you submit an order on Friday after 7:30 AM EST it will not be processed until Monday morning. An order that is "Pending" is an order that has yet to be processed. An order that is "In Process" is an order that has been submitted for order fulfillment.

Must I pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for all orders delivered in the following states; Arkansas, California, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
What is a backorder?
A product is labeled as backordered when it is temporarily out of stock. You may still order the item, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You will receive periodic emails regarding the backorder status.
How do I know / confirm you received my order?
Once your order has been received, an order confirmation email will be sent to you within 12 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course you can change your mind. Orders may be changed or cancelled up until your order has been processed. Simply send an email to Info@bludreampets.com.

Where does Blu Dream Pet Supply Co. ship to?
Product ordered on Bludreampets.com may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, and P.O. Boxes. Delivery option restrictions by location apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home or business within 7-10 business days.
Must I sign for my delivery?
Signature is NOT required.
Must someone be home to receive my delivery?
You do not need to be home for package drop off.
ORDER DAMAGE, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What happens if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged?
Unfortunately sometimes items can be damaged while in transit. Should this occur and an item arrives broken or damaged, please call one of our Customer Care Agents at 516-381-7539. Please save all shipping and merchandise packaging and have your packing slip handy for quick access.
Will I be reimbursed for my return shipping costs?
Blu Dream Pet Supply Co. does not reimburse return shipping costs for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of bludreampets.com
How does the Blu Dream's Warranty work?
Contact Customer Care at email@example.com with details of the defect. If the claim meets our warranty guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge (US and Canada only).
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

How do I know which size product to choose?

What If my Hands-Free Training Leash has fold lines or creases?
Fold lines or creases may be present when initially removed from the packaging. These lines and creases will fall out over time. If desired you can reduce the appearance of fold lines and creases by following these two options:
Option 1: The appearance of fold lines may be reduced by using a blowdryer set to high setting. Move the blow dryer over the fold lines in a back and forth motion until fold lines are reduced.
Option 2: The appearance of fold lines may be reduced by using an iron on medium to high settings and a towel. Extend the towel on a stable surface. Lay the leash down on one side of the towel. Next, fold the far side of the the towel over the leash, leaving the leash sandwiched in the middle. Iron back and forth on the towel above the fold lines until they are reduced. Warning: Do not place the warm iron directly on the leash. This will cause product damage.
